Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before booking your adventure with Crest & Crag Tanzania Safaris.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a booking with Crest & Crag Tanzania Safaris, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.

2. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 70% balance should be paid before the agreed travel date.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
• Payments must be made through our approved payment methods.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• Refunds depend on the cancellation date and costs already committed to suppliers.
• Certain park fees, permits, accommodation and third-party charges may be non-refundable.
• We recommend travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

4. ITINERARY & CHANGES

We carefully plan every trip, but itineraries may change due to weather, park regulations, safety conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

For mountain climbs, our guides may adjust the itinerary when necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of guests.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE & HEALTH

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
• For Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru climbs, guests should be physically prepared and disclose any relevant medical or fitness concerns before the trek.

6. PASSPORT, VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa and other required travel documents are valid and available for travel.

7. LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

Crest & Crag Tanzania Safaris is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, park closures or other unforeseen events.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Republic of Tanzania.
